ECOM Specialist is committed to making www.ecom-specialist.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our standard
We design and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we do
- Structure: every page uses one main heading, a logical heading order, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
- Keyboard access: menus, tabs, search and forms work with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text alternatives: meaningful images and logos have text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technologies.
- Color and contrast: text and interface colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements.
- Motion: animations respect your device’s reduced-motion setting and pause when they are off screen.
- Forms: every field has a visible label, and required fields and errors are announced.
- Responsive design: content reflows on small screens and when zoomed, without horizontal scrolling.
- Testing: we check pages with automated tools and manual keyboard testing when we publish changes.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as linked trading partner specifications in PDF format, is outside our control and may not fully meet these standards. If you need information from such a document in another format, contact us and we will help.
